How Much Sugar Should You Eat Per Day?

Consumption of sugar has become part of human life, especially for the people of Indonesia. Almost all the food and drinks are found, all contain sugar.

But you know, actually the only sugar calories (energy) and devoid of nutrients. Excess sugar consumption, of course, can increase the risk of various diseases. For example, obesity and diabetes. So how do I reduce the risk?

I have personally made the choice to never eat added sugar again. I now haven’t touched it in over 7 months. I’ve lost a lot of weight and I feel awesome.
