FOOD is one of life's pleasures that can not be denied, especially in hunger conditions. However, if you have eaten but hunger is not lost too, this is questionable.

1. Eating too much carbohydrates
Eating too many carbohydrates a night before could have resulted in extra hunger the next day. The reason, carbohydrates quickly absorbed into the body and cause spikes of insulin, this hormone stimulates the body's cells to take glucose. When there is no sugar in the blood, this is what causes continual hunger.
2. Not getting enough sleep
Not getting enough sleep causes a hunger effect. Short duration of sleep decreases levels of leptin hormone in charge of inhibiting hunger and increases the hormone ghrelin, which stimulates hunger.
3.Dehydration
Sometimes the thirst can turn into hunger. When there is hunger arise, try drinking two glasses of mineral water. When the hunger is gone, it's a sign you're thirsty. Water that enters the body utilized cells for the absorption of food in the body.
4. You’re on your period
Ahead or at the time of menstruation, usually women experience increased appetite. To help balance blood sugar levels, you need to eat protein-based foods, such as fish, meat, eggs, nuts, and seeds. Also minimize eat foods that are processed and refined sugar, and carbohydrates.
